陆金金硕士毕业于美国威斯康星大学，博士毕业于澳大利亚塔斯马尼亚大学。2012-2014，陆金金任助理研究员，就职于塔斯马尼亚大学。2015-2017年间，陆金金任专职研究员，就职于澳大利亚查尔斯特大学。2017年1月至6月，陆金金博士任澳大利亚西悉尼大学董事长办公室的项目经理。2017年7月做为海外优秀华人被太阳成tyc234cc人才引进，现为地大青年拔尖人才 。2018年，陆金金博士受欧盟委员会资助合作开展中捷教育项目。
